大病初癒後的體力回復 - 健身

大概無法正常進食約3週多,其中有幾天是完全只能喝水,
現在身體狀況很差,有一進食就很累的情況
開始有吃中藥調養身體。
但是想要回復體力,另外就是覺得這幾週下來,
雖然體重下降頗快,但只要一進食,體重馬上回復
而且肉也都變得鬆鬆垮垮的
該不該回健身房?
從有氧開始還是可以做一點重訓?
我想要回復體力啊...
