目前體重:8/15 51KG 8/27 50KG (必填)
BMI:20
心得分享:
因為,上班都是坐著,近一年來從48KG到51KG,
都快要看不下去!
從8/15那天,開始每天晚上睡前做踩車輪運動,
每天一定踩車輪超過20分鐘...
到今天8/27,量體重機的時候發現少了1KG之外,
大腿也確實的變細了....
飲食方面就只有晚餐吃少一點而已!
其他都跟平常吃的一樣!^^
