呃......其實我不會下標題...^^"
原po是女生,三個月前開始使用重量訓練機器
不過最近發現大腿的形狀變了!
從正面來看,大腿外側有一些弧度
用手把前側及外側的肉揉捏住,大腿外側才又變的比較直...
這應該不是正常的吧 ^^"
所以我懷疑是不是自己在做下半身重訓時有姿勢不對
才會導致前側比較結實的肌肉往外生長了
呃.....不知道這樣的形容大家可否了解....Orz
如果知道是什麼原因,可否指點迷津呢?
