大腿細了小腿卻粗了 - 健身

最近迷上快走這運動
一週三次 每次二十圈操場 (兩百公尺的)
一個多月後 大腿非常明顯的變細了 尤其是大腿根部
但是小腿卻明顯的粗了
請問快走之後還會在操場做些伸展操
這個時候可以做哪些動作讓小腿也變細呢?
(人在操場可以做的)
