大醫院健檢的體脂率跟康士美的體脂率 - 健身

小弟28歲,身高162,體重58,從去年開始減重及簡單重訓

大概兩個月會去康士美量一次基代體脂
最近一次是體脂12.1 內臟脂6 BMI22.1 基代1450
上個月去大醫院體檢(婚前那種,一次大概4000圓)
結果體脂是23.6 過高,護士說,有可能你長期吃太多蛋(我蛋吃不多壓?)
然後總膽固醇247過高(標準110~239)
低密度膽固醇185過高(標準66~130)
問題1: 康士美量的體脂怎麼會跟大醫院的差這麼多?我該相信哪個?
真的會蛋吃太多所以體脂飆高嗎?
問題2: 平常很少吃內臟類,皮類,也很少吃很油或是甜食
唯獨蛋比較沒忌口,但最多也一天兩顆(很少吃到兩顆),
飲食應該算是清淡,不熬夜
一禮拜打球兩次,簡單重訓兩次,酒很少喝,煙大概四天一包
膽固醇怎麼那麼高冏
以上,不知道這些問題可不可以在這問,麻煩大家了!
