執行德州訓練已經八個月
目前的菜單是
周一 深蹲 230磅 5x5
肩/臥推 5X5
硬舉 240x5 260x4 280x3
周三 深蹲 180 5x3
硬舉 200 5x5
周五 深蹲 210x3 230x2 240x5
硬舉 190x5 210x4 230x3 250x2 270x5
每天都要求自己12點睡,每天都有睡滿八小時
可是每天都覺得人好累 =.=
周五做完後 休息二天還是無法完全復原,星期一還是覺得很累
有時候很想休息不做,又怕一休息就會退步
不知道有沒有同樣狀況的板友可以互相討論一下
到底周三的那次訓練可不可以不要做 - - 想周一做完讓自己休息久一點看看
之前有看其他板友說如果覺得負荷不來就降低訓練量,
其實我覺得自己的訓練量已經有夠少了,
應該是人老了体力真的變差了 嗚~~~
