半年的減重成果 - 健身

大家好,小弟今天要來分享我半年來的減重成果,
首PO還請各位鞭小力點。
從去年12月初和前女友分手後,報名了離家蠻近的健身房,
一開始身邊許多的朋友,甚至家人,都覺得我並沒有那個毅力和決心能夠每天去運動,
甚至覺得我很浪費錢,所以都對我要去健身房的這個念頭打上X號,
而我告訴我自己,這次,真的要好好的努力證明自己也可以做到!
所以下定決心要練出六塊腹肌後再去嘲諷他們(雖然現在還沒有成功 囧)
但最近翻開一年前的照片(最胖時),和最近的照片對比後,
嗯.....才發現自己以前真的超胖的
廢話不多說直接上一年前的照片:

當時體重是90KG 體脂率為26%
每天都大飲大食,也很少在運動。
報名健身房後,因為繳了錢,所以跑得很勤。

這邊分享一下小弟我的運動方式
都是先重訓再有氧(踏步機、跑步機、腳踏車)
而每日的重訓菜單如下:
【一、四】胸、三頭
【二、五】背、腿、二頭
【三、六】肩、腹
而動作的話就不細說了,GOOGLE一下大概都有。
這邊想跟大家提一下,身邊很多人都有的疑問,
【如果還很胖就先重訓,是不是會更難瘦?】
答案是:No!!!
經過重訓,增加你的肌肉量後,你在做有氧運動時,消耗的卡路里也會更快。
所以重訓和有氧是可以同時進行的哦。
當然只有規律運動是不夠的,控制飲食也是減肥要成功相當重要的一個課題!
飲食控制不外乎:少糖、少油、少鹽。要降體脂的飲食更是要清淡的水煮。
而水煮雞胸肉和綠花椰菜真的是減肥的好夥伴!
低熱量、高營養價值完全符合我們需求。

但是每天都吃一樣的總會吃膩,所以偶爾可以換成清蒸魚和清蒸豆腐,

也是別有一番風味啦!
過著每天持續的重訓+有氧和控制飲食,
經過了半年,這是半年後的我:

目前體重為71KG 體脂率為12%
這與第一張一年前的照片,是穿同一件的衣服+褲子,視覺效果卻差十萬八千里,
驗證了一句話:人瘦穿什麼都百搭,人胖穿什麼都白搭。
看到照片的那一刻,也讓我深深覺得,這半年來吃的苦、付出的努力,
都是值得的啊~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
而且瘦下來以後吃大餐的罪惡感就沒那麼重了XD
減肥,說輕鬆也不輕鬆,說辛苦也不辛苦,
重點是要有毅力、有決心、持之以恆,才是成功瘦身的唯一道路。

但我上個禮拜(健身滿200天)再健身房量in body
當時73KG(目前量71KG) 確實是12.4%(四捨五入為12% XD)
這邊還是不敢附脫衣照 因為真的沒什麼線條...
就附個簡單的in body測量報告吧
