昨天總共騎腳踏車8K,散步10K,慢跑5K,重量訓練20min,
晚上睡覺時就發現右邊膝蓋有一個奇怪的感覺,
很像有微微的電流,會癢癢的,
每隔十幾秒就一次,大約維持2秒,
一直持續到現在
除此之外完全沒有任何不舒服或痛的感覺,
請問這樣是受傷嗎?需要先暫停運動嗎?
