大餐後的隔天? - 健身

這幾天都在慶祝生日(是小妹我)
難免會被請吃燒肉、火鍋
其實我知道要吃大餐時很抗拒....
我平常吃這麼清淡的說,煩耶
不太敢在大家面前把食物過水
我有盡量控制吃大餐前,不要攝取超過500卡。吃大餐當下:吃很多菜、中等量的肉、不碰麻辣鍋、不吃餃子類、不喝湯。
但我想一熱量定有到兩千初的。
請問:
1、大餐後的隔天,到底一樣該吃到基代高一點點呢,還是吃到基代就好?今天生理期第二天痛苦不堪,所以不會去運動(嘆)
2、可以分享大家的大餐態度嗎?謝謝
