天氣冷 膝蓋狀況不太好 - 健身

我跑步也有兩年了吧
這一年來膝蓋狀況都不錯(包括去年冬天)
稍微有異樣感覺就會休息三天到一星期
也沒很勤勞 大概一星期跑兩到三次
一次三到四千公尺
跑完都會喝牛奶
暖身都有確實做、也會先走操場一圈。
鞋子是m牌慢跑鞋、在體育場pu跑道跑
之前膝蓋小受傷過 所以一直都很注意相關~
就這樣跟膝蓋相安無事了一年
(這兩年也減了20公斤、這是另外一個故事)
這幾個月由於腿部肌肉都成形..(滿粗的、但是我覺得型滿好看的@@ 我男生)
體重也降下來
所以最近我都跑四到五千公尺..
前幾天去跑的時候、第一圈就覺得膝蓋卡卡的...
跑到第六圈就有一點點的痛感、馬上停下來回家
到目前已經休息四天了 我還有塗酸痛凝膠
走路 爬樓梯完全都不會痛
但是現在膝蓋正中間會微微抽痛
完全不知道是什麼狀況
一整天在上班工作走路到捷運都很好很有力
但是就是偶爾會抽一下
這種情況去看醫生 好像有點大驚小怪@@"
只是怕又上陣去跑步會更嚴重
所以上來問一下保養方法跟預防方法
我爬文感覺是天氣冷 潤滑膝蓋的滑液不足?
因為前幾天都18~19度、我還是照常跑(去年冬天16度都在跑了..)
還是因為從30度變18度 膝蓋突然不習慣呢?
我都穿短褲..@_@
不知道有沒有人有類似情形?
