這幾天天氣相當悶熱
聽說昨天高雄午間更是一度高達36度以上
這種天氣做運動(我是說在室內 中午在室外的話會中暑吧XD)
相當容易流汗 一流汗體溫就升高 心跳數很容易就達到有氧運動的標準
請問
天氣熱做有氧 的確是燃燒脂肪的好時機嗎?
還有請教
運動後喝冰水(實在太熱了 終於破戒) 對身體正在燃脂是否不好?
因為一喝冰水體溫就下降了?
