168公分高 體重三位數 這夠重了吧@@
以前慢跑公園瘦了不少 但又胖回來了
現在如此重的身體 應該不能再慢跑了 傷膝蓋
爬文說 游自由式好 可是沒那麼多時間專程去游泳池游
一方面家附近沒有 一方面游泳池總是人多
請問體重超重的人減肥 除了游泳外 還有其他不傷膝蓋的運動嗎?
請大家幫忙
我不要老來換關節啊@@
