失戀運動好無力 - 減肥

固定運動的習慣已經邁入第八個月,
版上的所有文章陪伴著我度過每一天減肥的日子,
這幾個月以來,
運動是我最大的發洩出口,也是帶給我活力的好方法
不過前幾週開始,跟情人分手後,
我開始感受不到運動的喜悅,
無論重訓或有氧,總是變得有氣無力
我好想藉由著情傷,更加速我要變漂亮的動力
每週依然固定兩次重訓和四天有氧
我好想努力下去,不過這幾週的實在太無力了。
效果不彰呀!冏
只是閒聊,版上有人失戀後,運動跟我一樣無力嗎?
目前減重的效果還不錯,
從去年的55kg 30%
到現在的52kg 25%
Fitness版真的很溫暖
希望有一天可以在版上分享我的減重心得。
