奇怪的作息 - 健身

由於目前的生活都是約晚上七點或八點睡
半夜二三點起床
(有時候半夜會喝一點清魚湯)
不知道這樣的作息會不會影響代謝呢??
睡覺的時間跟代謝有沒有關係呢??
