來這裡後學到很多正確又健康的減脂觀念
自然是要和女友分享的..而我教他的主要有三點
1.不要吃仙女餐,一定要吃到基代
2.養成有氧的習慣...每次30min
3.有氧瘦全身...先消那個部位的脂肪是天註定
然後女友持續有氧了數個月後....他說穿內衣時感覺自己胸部縮水了
現在女友都不敢做有氧了...
請問有女鄉民可以提供自身的經驗嗎??
有沒有人真的有氧後是先瘦胸部再瘦其它部位的
