最近開始計畫做重訓,慢跑兩個多月,
幾乎天天8k,身形有瘦,但還是肉肉的,
線條不夠好看,所以想回健身房做重訓(之前愛上路跑,所以幾乎沒去健身房),
想聽聽大家分享一下你們都做哪些重訓?
可否分享各部位重訓時該注意的重點,
盡量減少錯誤姿勢引起的副作用及傷害。
另外,也請各位不吝分享自己的重訓歷史及成果,激勵一下。
