第一次跟教練學做這台的時候好像才15還是25kg,累到大爆汗一把老骨頭快散開
我主要想練下半身,所以之後每次都一定會做這台,半年多了覺得效果還滿有感的
現在重量加到穩定45kg,熱身一下可以再到47.5kg,狀況好的時候再到55kg
教練說女生55kg很厲害了,我想問: 是嗎...? 版上女生可以做到多少?
