給了我一段簡短的回答
不妨妳參考看看
她當初減肥也自以為回到了 "正常食量"
結果加一加起來頂多多了基礎代謝量幾十卡
加上日漸上升的運動量,所以一開始月經不來
是因為自己的營養不良、身體調整不及等諸多原因
直到自己去看了營養師,努力的吃 (均衡 & 多量)
大約4-6個月之後整個身體狀況良好
體脂才開始直直落 (30%->20% 約十一個月)
其實
很多女孩認為的 "我都有正常吃" 都會讓人質疑
就拿板上看過很多女生的減肥菜單來看...:P
