女生的訓練模式 - 健身

各位板上的大大晚安
小妹最近加入了一個健身房
因為新入會所以贈送了一堂教練課
上課的時候教練都會先詢問健身習慣等等
因為我從最開始練到現在大概快兩年了
訓練的方式是一週四天
一天一個部位訓練 一個部位至少三個動作以上
分成:腿背手胸
然後每次練都會加上核心的訓練
最後再跑30分鐘
告訴健身教練這樣後他說女生這樣練功率很低
他說應該要做比較多全身性的動作
推薦一週兩堂TRX和肌肉控制的課程
然後一週再自己訓練一天即可
他說分部位的練法是男生比較有效
想請問版上大大真的有這種說法嗎?
