女生這樣的運動量 - 健身

我幾乎每天只要有空就會去健身房報到...
因為之前都是靠運動瘦身 因此不小心復胖之後就會加強運動量
現在的運動量約是 跑步9~10km(70-80分鐘跑完 速度從7加到8 中間有坡度)
健身車約15分鐘(主要拿來當跑完步休息用)
重訓(腹部 腿部 手) 每組20下 各三組
身高154左右 體重約莫46 很想瘦到之前的43..
早餐喝麥片 中午無糖豆漿加澱粉類以及水果 晚餐是蛋白質類加生菜沙拉不加醬
之前聽人家說 運動過量好像容易變老...請問女生這樣算過量嗎>"<
