疑問來自前面的一個討論串
有網友提到女生只追求線條緊實,女生重訓不需要喝乳清?
我在買乳清前也蠻猶豫
很多人都會說女生不需要喝吧?
而我也才接觸重訓不到一年
所以一開始並沒有買,肌肉多長了一些但還是被層層肥肉覆蓋
所以我也覺得我不需要喝吧?運動完吃顆蛋就好
BUT!!!
所謂的乳清就是為了補充平日飲食不足的蛋白質
蛋白質在健身上是為了修復肌肉
但是平常沒有在健身的人體也需要蛋白質
隨著重訓重量越來越重
肌肉越來越多,但是飲食沒有跟上
平常身體的蛋白質來源被拿去肌肉修復用
我發現胸部跟著一直在縮水……
才半年已經少了一個cup...
重點是脂肪只消胸部該消的地方都沒消到阿!!!
我年輕的時候比現在瘦胸部比現在大啊…
不要跟我說老了脂肪瘦的基因會改變
姐姐以前變瘦是先消肚子的!!
一開始不知道是蛋白質攝取量的問題,後來問遍身邊的女生,才有一個營養師跟我說有可能是蛋白質攝取不夠
我才意識到有這個問題
上個月才開始買乳清,只要有運動就喝
但因為覺得很多人的想法都是
「你是女生、你身材也沒多好幹嘛喝乳清」
我在健身房從來不敢把搖搖杯拿出來,都是回家才喝
我知道平日的飲食很重要,應該要先從飲食著手
但重量訓練的人並不屬於一個常態的體能運作
不可能完全從日常飲食補充到足夠的蛋白質
我的想法是這樣
真的不需要喝嗎?很想知道大家的想法
也希望有女生可以一起討論這個問題~
