各位前輩好,小弟昨天才加入健身世界
176,69 體脂17,18左右
昨天練深蹲 含槓大約30吧!
練到蹲下去後站起來腳會抖
可是今天覺得 大腿痠 蹲下姿勢有點難
這樣應該是正常吧??
今天練硬舉,請問昨天練深蹲後
隔天適合練硬舉嗎??
今天也是練到抖 含槓也是30
練回家後 下背非常有感
彎腰困難,剛剛坐著一段時間站起來困難
這樣屬正常嗎?? 怕姿勢錯誤傷到腰椎....
