我180,每個月初量一次體脂,下面是11,12,1月的數據,在台大inbody
11月體重68.6 ; 體脂13.4% ;肌肉重55.4
12月體重72.7 ;體脂16.8 肌肉重56.3
1月體重 76.2 ;體脂 18.9 肌肉重57.4
感覺腿和軀幹的肌肉成長很慢,手臂反而比較多,這樣有需要調整訓練量嗎
