每天自己煮三餐
早餐:水煮蛋2顆+兩貢丸清燙青菜+光泉or義美無糖豆漿
午餐:兩貢丸煎魚+一片煎雞胸肉+兩到三貢丸燙青菜+一顆水煮蛋
下午茶:路易莎中熱拿 無糖
晚餐:吃中午剩的(吃不完)/偶爾同事朋友聚餐
日常作息時間:
睡眠1:20~7:00
工作9:00~19:00
生活型態:久坐上班族
健康狀況:普
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動?

開始運動+控制飲食半年後還增3%
