被巡場糾正別聳肩專注在胸大肌。
阿這些我都知道阿,
但是在做的時候好容易代償。
目前各肌群都有感受到成長的勝利果實,
唯獨奶子跟剛開始練差不多,
奶子是不是最難練的部位阿?
