好久沒有瘦了&賀寶芙產品問題 - 減肥

話說去年1125入伍
一個月的基本教練+一個月的消防專訓
讓我有了點基本體能
起碼已經可以跑完3000公尺了 伏地挺身也做得起來了
我還沒當兵前是90~92公斤
內臟脂肪16 體脂肪30左右
服役時真的蠻無聊的
不過我盡量找書讀找事做
所以經過每天的慢跑+重訓
大概半年我就瘦了10公斤
退伍的到現在體重維持在76~78公斤
體脂肪23~25 內臟脂肪10~11
內臟脂肪16 體脂肪30左右
服役時真的蠻無聊的
不過我盡量找書讀找事做
所以經過每天的慢跑+重訓
大概半年我就瘦了10公斤
退伍的到現在體重維持在76~78公斤
體脂肪23~25 內臟脂肪10~11
運動的成效真的蠻大的
現在慢跑一次都可以跑45~60分鐘(6000~10000M 大概距離)
不過商品讓人想嘗試
我對於他門的商品 懷著大膽假設小心求證的態度
因為常常看這裡的文章 所以有一定的減肥觀念
我覺得很懷疑的點是
1.一天兩餐奶昔 這樣的確是可以讓吸收的熱量減少到1000大卡左右
不過靠著裡面的營養成分 真的可以讓身體正常運作嗎?
2.瓜茶 說是喝了就有跑步的代謝力 這是不是太誇張了
這對一個禮拜還會運動2~3次的我感到不平衡= =
3.它們說 我身體的脂肪都卡在肌肉裡 所以不好減肥 (半年體重沒變化了)
所以要讓我的肌肉軟化 裡面的脂肪比較好消耗掉 真的嗎?
4.我早上喝瓜茶大概是2000cc 剛開始半小時會想上一次廁所 尿都是白的
可是到了晚上睡前最後一泡 整個大黃還很多泡泡 這是為什麼?

p.s. 我不喝飲料吃零食 不過會吃少量巧克力
一天水喝2~3000cc 三餐照常吃 (吃飯吃很慢所以吃的量不會過多)
