三餐內容
早餐:豆漿、蔬菜水果三明治、飯糰
午餐:水果一份(芭樂半顆 or 蓮霧*2 or 橘子*1) 低脂牛奶230ml 包子or饅頭 茶葉蛋
晚餐:水果一份(同中午)
自煮 米飯一碗 or 綠豆冬粉 水煮蔬菜 燙肉片 豆腐(煮再一起的大鍋菜)
其他:無,飲水2500~3000cc
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
睡眠:11:00~12:00睡覺 7:00起床
早餐:8:15
午餐:12:00
晚餐:6:30~7:00
工作時間: 8:15~17:30
運動:8:00~10:00
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
計步器:一天萬步
x-bike: 阻力3~4 1hr up 心跳130
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
從10/16開始減肥,當初是看中醫時發現也有減重門診,發現自己真的太重了,
陸陸續續減了幾次都沒有維持,重複復胖。因此藉助外力來幫忙減重,想說花了錢了
應該會讓自己有警惕。醫師開了藥每天吃兩次,交代要減少食量(每天只吃1200大卡
,我是不敢吃那麼少),多喝水,多運動。過了兩個月(12/15)體重有明顯下降,但體
脂肪和LBM降的比率大概是1.4:1,就停止去看診了。
停止看診後,體重的降幅有減少但仍穩定下降,體脂肪與LBM降的比率也比較漂亮。
現在想依靠自己的力量繼續下去,因為已經養成每天運動的習慣,每天吃的三餐也幾乎
一模一樣,想詢問大家在吃的方面與運動有甚麼地方可以改善的,請不吝指教。
10/13 體重 92.7 體脂率:30% BMI:32.07
12/15 體重 82.5 體脂率:26.5% BMI:28.54
12/30 體重 80.4 體脂率:25% BMI:27.82
