要求標準嚴峻者慎入!!!
說明:初入門者尚未編列預算採購槓鈴組之前的取代物為一隻26.9公斤的大型狗
以下為分解動作:(運動前有先補充營養)
1、從地面(家裡地板)拿起這坨重物→維持10秒並移動10m
→放上定點(距離地面至少80cm車後座)
休息15分鐘(驅車前往寵物醫院),同時補充水份與醣類。
2、從定點(車後座)將這坨重物放至地面(下車)→再從地面拿起(抱進醫院)
→維持10秒並移動10m→放上另個定點(離地面1m的狗醫院平台)
身體反應:感覺臉脹紅、全身發熱、微微出汗,有喘到,但仍可以說話!
沒試過能否唱完一首歌!估計心跳雖加速但應未達有氧程度。
問題:
這算重訓嗎?XD
動作正確嗎?XDD
要如何加強?XDDD
什麼時候會長肌肉呀?XDDDD
