前幾天突如其來的衝勁就跑去報名健身房,
我才知道真正運動是要有氧加無氧再加上伸展,
有氧是會流汗的運動(像是跑步;打球)
無氧是不會流汗的運動(像是重量訓練)
之前想減肥都以為去操場跑個步留個汗就好,
想問各位美女們自己有什麼方式減肥嗎?
