其實減肥蠻久的了
之前的工作
早餐兩片吐司夾二大片萵苣+苜蓿芽+一把蔓越莓乾+7-11無糖豆漿
午餐就二份青菜+三、四匙塑膠湯匙燕麥
晚餐就芭樂一顆+奇異果一顆
也不可能天天都這樣,偶爾也是會吃很多
會在家踩腳踏車一小時一個禮拜四至五天
換了在7-11工作後
吃東西開始不容易克制
看有什麼報廢就吃什麼,但也是會注意熱量
控制熱量為1200~1500大卡
但運動變成在家附近的公園跑
剛開始的15圈再來20圈之後25圈到現在的30圈,大概55分鐘跑完,跑完會走二、三圈
我看公園面積是4600公尺但不知道是多長~"~
可是體重越來越重ˊˋ
但我有感覺褲子變鬆了
骨頭有變明顯了
我只要這樣跟我媽講,我媽就說我屁股變大了,臉變圓了
聽了我好難過
昨天回去之前工作的地方
課長一看到我就說我變胖了
聽了更是沮喪....
動力都快沒有了...
不知道我是不是因為骨架大也有關係
我154
但手腕的寬度比170的同事還寬
都是女生
前天量體重又上升到56
我都快哭了
原本的53呢!!!!
好難過喔ˊˋ
離目標又更遠了...
唉…
給我一點動力或建議吧!
快撐不下去了啦><
可是我真的喜歡上跑步
每次跑完30圈
就很有成就感
在公園散步的媽媽叔叔們聽到都說我好厲害
可是體重就是不會下降啦!!Q___Q
