最近在重訓時一直在想...
要怎麼找出適合自己的重量!?
一般來說我一個動作大約是做3~4組吧
但是我真的不知道大概要怎樣的重量才適合自己
是可以做完2組不用幫補的重量?
還是3組..? 甚至4組?
不可能做那種不用幫補的重量吧 應該效果不大
