昨天上教練課第四堂
俯握槓鈴推背 一分鐘
胸推 一分鐘
交叉腿跳 一分鐘
打沙包 一分鐘
中間休息兩分鐘
再重頭來 一次
共做五個循環.......> <
中間過程市實在是.......很操很累
剛開始上課教練一講解完我臉都綠了 > <
不過練完還頗有成就感的啦...^^
