如何加強腿後側的力量 - 健身

最近深蹲有穩定緩慢進步
但是硬舉已經卡在同樣重量 同樣次數組數快一個月了
做了leg extension和leg curl後發現大腿前後側力量差太多
所以在訓練中多安排了加強練大腿後側和屁股的動作
目前試過
臀推、羅馬尼亞硬舉、單腳硬舉、leg curl和分腿蹲
其中只有臀推是可以集中屁股出力的
其他動作都會感覺到股四頭會出力&酸
依照依照當天前面是先練過深蹲或是硬舉而酸度不同,但幾乎不能避免股四頭出力...
想請問有沒有人有經驗,知道要如何改善這問題,然後好好加強大腿後側和屁股呢?
