最近在運動一直遇到心肺能力不足的問題
我是從小就不喜歡運動的人
所以從小心肺功能就是比較差,感覺已經變成了體質了
平常血壓偏低,但心跳都在90左右
可能也是因為如此我的BMI 26.8 但體脂肪已經來到了40%
(護士看到都嚇到,想說機器故障)
最近開始在運動
但是困擾的是因為心肺功能差運動強度一直上不去
我跑步跑時速8KM速 還能跑10分鐘,時速9KM就只能跑5分鐘
做太激烈的運動,有時候會全身無力,血壓狂降一直喘
做深蹲機,也會出現腳還沒力竭,但是心肺已經頂不住的狀況
查了網路只有說LSM可以提升心肺,但高強度間歇我一做就做不了下一輪了
有沒有比較簡單的提升心肺能力方法?
