如何增加骨骼肌重 - 健身

如題 本肥宅 9月時測量inbody
體重 94 骨骼肌 36.7 脂肪 29.6
經過快三個月 一周五練 和飲食控制
今天測量
體重91 骨骼肌 36.7 脂肪 26.7
教練是說 比較起來 雖然瘦的幅度偏慢
但是完全都是瘦掉脂肪 而且骨骼肌沒下降
算是還不錯
我也有問 這三個月來 增加的重量有感
但是他是表示骨骼肌和最大肌力沒有絕對關係
想問 誠如教練所言
減重過程 骨骼肌都沒增加
但是全掉脂肪 這樣代表成效是好的嗎?
再來若想要增加骨骼肌
是不是就菜單要以最大肌力為主呢(肌肥大)
