小的 基本資料
性別:男
年齡:15歲
身高:約 163 (二月開學時量的 不過似乎也差不多)
體重:約 62.5 (同上)
BMI:24
體脂率:19.7% 腰圍:84(放鬆時量的)
17.3% 腰圍:82(平常小縮小腹量的,我平常走路都會小縮小腹.....)
三餐內容
早餐:大約都是麵包類為主 或 三明治
午餐:外面的便當......但大部分很油 (非營養午餐)
晚餐:家人煮的,大部分都有湯 (排骨熬的那種)
其他:我是個不浪費食物的人,所以我都會吃完便當
日常作息時間:
早上有約的話,6:00~7:30會去學校打籃球
(有先吃一半早餐,打完會再吃掉剩下的一半)
然後就上課.....中間很少去福利社,遠阿.......
有體育課一定打,下課絕對站起來走動(怕大屁股@@)
放學有時繼續打籃球 4:45~5:45
回家之後,就是打魔獸三國.世紀等暫時消磨時間
大約都有2HR 不過下週不會了 (又要繼續奮鬥唸書)
如果當天都沒打球,又是晴天
晚上9:00~10:00 會去打籃球
(回來之後我都會喝牛奶,想長高=ˇ=)
每天 11:00~12:00 入睡
六日的作息時間 我就不一定@@ (很亂)
生活型態:學生(白目國中生)
運動習慣:
大多是打籃球一小時,最激烈時心跳可達140上下
不長跑步.......不過會暖一下身
我的問題:
(先陳述一下我的體重史)
其實我已前很胖,小時候(幼稚園~國小5年級)
厚度和寬度都比一般小孩大2倍
儘管我小1開始「很愛打球」,但也「很愛吃」
後來因為生病,開始食慾比較不好(不過現在好很多)
就開始瘦,且是一般正常體重(接近過重邊緣)
(下面是現在)
國八下學期時 我身高162 體重54
國九下的現在 身高163 體重62
整整胖了「8」Kg
我只知道 自從開始準備北北基後
每天大多是便當的無情攻擊 (我也不想浪費 就全吃了)
不過我飲料大多都給同學=ˇ= (因為考試被下禁吃太甜)
然後一週運動約3次 星期二 四 六 一次約1hr
(以下是我最重要的疑問)
我跟以前看起來 臉是比瘦的時候 稍圓一點
我的手臂 是肌肉 且 不粗
我的小腿 大多是肌肉 不過還是有一點點肥肉 不過我已經很滿意
而我胖的地方 在 「肚子」和「大腿」
我想瘦回跟以前一樣 ,就是健康檢查測量 不是過重 是正常
我就心滿意足!!!
ps:可以順便給我長高的方法嗎??
不過,我不知道我該如何規劃我的減肥生活
但是 我有以下別人和報章教我的減肥小點
1. 飯前喝水 要室溫 (自由時報看到的)
2. 忌飲料 和 很甜的食物
3. 6:00 以後不吃東西 只喝水 (幾乎沒做到)
問題概要:
1. 我要如何減「大腿肉」和「肚肉」??
2. 我減重會跟我的長高衝突嗎??
3. 假如我吃中醫轉骨藥(長高),會跟減重衝突嗎??
4. 練出肌肉會阻礙長高嗎??(非刻意練出肌肉,而是打球...)
5. 可以幫我擬定一套我個人的減肥方法嗎???
