為什麼有運動習慣基代還下降? - 健身

如題
剛去測了體脂肪(歐姆龍)
會顯示體重 體脂肪 基礎代謝率等等
目前身高160 體重是50.5
體脂肪好像22.4吧
但最令我崩潰的是基礎代謝率只有1176而已
減肥前(54左右)去量基代都有一千二接近一千三耶
運動習慣至少超過一年半以上
我是幾乎每天運動 (一周五天左右)
騎x-bike或慢跑半小時,游泳一小時 這三樣輪替
(但騎x-bike次數略多)
運動習慣不是會增加基代嗎?
為什麼我的基代反而下降了呢?
還是我應該該做一些重訓?
之前有在上健身房的時候會做
但現在礙於經費無法上健身房
應該怎麼辦?
飲食方面我都會吃到基代
但因為還在減肥的關係
大概控制吃到一千三 一千四左右而已
還是應該再吃多一點?
(還是我飲食錯估了熱量 實際上吃得太少 或太多?)
以這幾天飲食為例
早餐有時候不會吃 不然就是7-11小熱拿一杯不加糖 搭配貝果或御飯糰
午餐大多便當 不叫炸的 配菜選蔬菜
飯吃一半
晚餐subway六吋潛艇堡特餐 選全麥麵包這樣
這樣吃下來有沒有什麼問題呢??
麻煩各位指教了~
主要想了解為什麼基代會下降
以及想要再降低體脂肪。
