熱量計算 - 減肥

基本資料
性別:(男)
年齡:27
身高:180
體重:83
BMI:沒算
體脂率:17%
從大約2個月前再開的減肥計劃已經持續2個月了
中間偶有吃大餐,吃小吃,吃餐廳等
但因每天多少都有動.所以體重體脂都有穩定降
但對於計算熱量與自己是否減了很多肌肉也不敢確定
所以想請板上的各位幫我概算一下熱量是否都有過基代?
主要是想麻煩reneeviolet幫我算一下減了多少肌肉,多少肥肉Orz
我直接附表,因為太多,無法一一列出佔板面...直接看頭尾段部分即可
還麻煩大家了,謝謝.
