如何把1600M跑進8分鐘內 - 健身

上大學後宿舍就在操場旁邊
就想說來跑步健康一點
最近一個月每個禮拜大概跑個一兩次吧...
大概也都是跑一兩圈休息一下再繼續跑
總共跑2000公尺左右而已
覺得太懶散了= = 所以這個禮拜跑了四天
以後大概也是4~5次/週
上一篇文有大略看過
但是想把自己一些疑問再來請教
一開始就是跑個一圈400就快暴斃的那種
到剛剛硬是跑完1600 中間沒偷懶走路
覺得自己有很大的進步 有點感動
但是跑了大概9分40秒吧 還是超弱QAQ
看很多人說規律作息對體力很重要
但是本身作息蠻不正常的
兩點睡七點半起來(早八很多)
不是夜衝夜唱酒吧 只是用電腦= =
飲食方面就沒有特別克制或改變
飲料還是天天喝 泡麵也很常吃
早餐常常skip 午餐晚餐也吃很油
而且本身長期鼻塞 幾乎都是用嘴巴呼吸
這樣對跑步的呼吸是不是會有影響?
因為跑到中後期喘氣聲超大的
國三還國二可以到七分鐘
高中好像八分鐘多
現在目標是可以跑到八分鐘內啦...
算是對自己的一個目標
