最近呢看到新聞說有一位女生因為減肥沒有攝取足夠的蛋白質
減肥減到胸部都沒了!!!!
我最近也想減肥,但我不想減到胸部啊...
請問大家知不知道如何充分攝取蛋白質又不會吃到高熱量食物呢???
我在網路上查了一下,
我一天大約要攝取50g
我應該要如何吃什麼樣的食物才對呢???
