體脂肪下降快,但是體重並不快… - 減肥

性別:女
年齡:25歲
身高:150cm
體重:53.8
BMI :23.8
體脂率:26.5 (使用康是美買的OMRON 型號HBF-356測得)
三餐內容
早餐:刈包(瘦肉)+500c.c.~600c.c.的豆漿 / 春捲(不加香腸和起司酥) /晨間廚房
(一個禮拜會吃一次)的蔬菜蛋餅(不加美乃滋)+蛋+一顆洋芋沙拉+半條德國香腸
午餐:南瓜、芋頭或竹筍等素食粥(含黑木耳、素火腿、玉米、胡蘿蔔等等) /
五穀飯糰(不加油條) / 雞肉飯+魚肉湯(不加油蔥酥) /春捲(不加香腸和起司酥)
晚餐:全家沙拉 / 銅鑼燒 / 自己燙青菜 / 紅豆餅*3
其他:六、日會買自助餐(過水,3-4菜1蛋1肉),一個禮拜會有一天跟同事吃比較好
日常作息時間:5點半起床,約晚上10-11點多睡覺
生活型態:辦公室長時間坐著辦公的上班族
運動習慣:
從4月下旬開始,每天早上起床後去跑步
早上慢跑20-25圈(400公尺),時間是1小時10分~1小時25分,心跳數約140-160左右
下班慢跑20-30圈(400公尺),時間是1小時10分~1小時45分,心跳數約140-160左右
跑完後會有10-15分鐘暖身。
原則上一個禮拜會有4-5天早上跟下午都跑,有時早上20圈下午20圈,
有時早上20圈下午30圈,不一定
3/13 測得體重是56.4公斤,體脂33.0%,基代1207,BMI為25.2,內臟脂肪6
4/14 測得體重是55.6公斤,體脂30.3%,基代1200,BMI為24.9,內臟脂肪5
5/15 測得體重是53.8公斤,體脂26.5%,基代1178,BMI為23.8,內臟脂肪4
我的問題在於:
1.體脂肪下降快,但是體重卻不快,這樣算是停滯期?
雖然體脂肪有下降,但是從5月1日體重開始一直維持在53.4~54.0
體重都是早上一起床上完廁所後測的,
自己照著鏡子覺得體態沒有改變很明顯,穿牛仔褲也沒覺得比較寬鬆,跟之前一樣緊==
2.承1.,消失的體脂肪會是內臟脂肪嗎?
3.體態跟體脂肪會有明顯的關係嗎?因為我看到很多人雖然體脂肪高,但是體態看起來瘦
;有些人體脂肪是正常,但是體態看起卻很壯或是比較有肉感。
4.從大三開始跑步,大四下學期後腰長骨刺及畢業後太久沒動,跑步膝蓋會痛,因此有約
8-9月斷斷續續歇腿,現在可以跑,但是沒有之前的激烈。
之前是每個禮拜至少有5-6天跑步,一次30圈,時間大概1小時30分,只有下午跑;
但是自從4月開始上下午跑之後,發現速度居然變慢了,比之前多花了15分鐘跑完30圈,
而且腿不像之前那樣有爆發力,跑得時候有點抬不起來;因為之前膝蓋受傷,而且腰曾經
長過骨刺,所以我不太敢太操我的膝蓋和腿,停滯期會是因為我速度變慢、運動強度不夠
才這樣的嗎?可是每次運動心跳都有超過140的說…
ps:大學時有瘦過2次(體重約47-48公斤,體脂23-25%),自從畢業後肆無忌憚的過生活+少
運動後開始復胖,發現隨著年紀越大+病痛越來越多,減肥真是越來越不容易呀!!(淚奔)
真的好希望可以將體重降到45公斤,體脂肪20-22%啊!!(吶喊中)
