關於跑步強度與時間的搭配 - 減肥

原PO現在是在家等當兵的閒人
因為之前念研究所時 沒有太多時間可以運動
所以肚子一整個脹了起來 (我覺得我實在很奇怪 四肢不胖 肚子爆肥)
之前就一直都有在看重訓板跟體適能板
也大概知道要減肥消脂最好是靠慢跑運動
我現在每天都會去跑步
想說已經要去當兵了 還是稍微練一下3000好了
但是現在有個問題一直困擾著我
爬文看到要消脂 慢跑最好是以"低強度 長時間"的方式
我3000大概是13分55到14分20左右跑完
跑完之後 走個兩圈 (400 m)
再以較慢的速度 再跑3000 (時間接著算 6000大概31分32分跑完)
不知道大家覺得這樣的方式 O 不 OK
我自己是覺得在後半段的部分 時間好像是不夠的
如果現在我同時想要練3000 跟慢跑減脂 不知道應該要怎麼搭配比較好
請各位大大給我點意見
