游泳回來後..反而胖了快2KG= = - 減肥

昨天中午吃小碗肉燥飯+高麗菜一碟+荷包蛋一顆
晚上去游泳...蛙式連游了兩千不休息
然後去做個SPA+烤乳豬(有灌水逼汗XD)
出來後..買兩顆荷包蛋和一個7-11的鮪魚御飯糰
回家喝一杯低脂牛奶當晚餐~當時時間約8點半吧
結果剛早上起來量體重時..居然多了1.X多公斤..
這...晚餐這樣吃..不OK嗎??
因為說真的當時我也沒有很餓...想說隨便吃
結果現在這樣讓減肥卡等的我更難過了(/ ̄/ ︿ \ ̄\)
游泳完後適合吃什麼呢...(好取得的前提下..)
