各位巨巨好
小弟我前天在做深蹲
到後面幾組 努力不knee in的同時
發現要起來時身體都會偏向左邊
自己有小歸納幾個可能原因
1. 因為右膝有舊傷
膝蓋上緣永遠都在痛
所以可能心裡陰影讓左腿比較用力
2.雙腿肌力不平衡
3.核心不平衡
因為照鏡子時
發現左邊有點線條
但右邊很平
不知道巨巨們可以隔空抓藥一下嗎
另外小聲問
好不容易瘦下來
正面看時
我的小腿還是快跟大腿一樣粗
側面我自己覺得滿好看的
朋友之前說
剛認識時還以為我長腫瘤
是否只能繼續把大腿練粗呢
可是小弟好想穿韓版的褲子哦...
