如題 小弟最近 常常會有情緒性進食的問題
困擾一陣子了 然後吃完就會陷入罪惡的無限迴圈QQ
就是可能早餐午餐吃得很乾淨 晚餐會突然想吃一些垃圾食物
是不是做法不太對 身體在反彈了阿
