因為剛加入健身的行列,有爬了一下文但找不到答案,
所以想直接請問一下有在健身的各位。
是否有感覺到飢餓就代表你有消耗到熱量呢?
假設我昨天三餐都正常吃也有運動,但晚餐又額外吃了一塊雞排或宵夜,
今天我都還是正常地感覺到飢餓,
這樣是否代表我昨天吃的三餐+雞排的熱量都有消耗掉?
有沒有可能有人每天都吃過量,但每天依然正常感覺到饑餓感呢?
