先不要看標題急著噓= =
我是女生,以前有陣子跳舞+重訓
後來停了一陣子,今年又開始恢復重訓
目前體脂15%(腰部肥肉夾起來厚度不到2cm應該這個體脂不會差太多?)
如果以練二頭為例
從5lb→10lb啞鈴的過程中,肌肉有明顯增長
但是最近幾個月從10lb→15lb的過程,肌肉大小一直維持不變
手臂看起來夠粗有肌肉(周長27cm)
但線條沒有非常明顯,雖然三頭那邊脂肪夾起來約0.8cm
目前看起來大約是在這兩者之間(手邊沒相機暫時參考一下)

想請問如果要把肌肉練得更明顯的話

借用一下板友收集的圖,放心不是恐怖健美連結)
是改變訓練方式讓肌肉再長大
或先去減個1~2kg脂肪讓體脂更降一點所以肌肉看起來明顯?
還是女生大約練到這樣就算了
很難再練得更大,除非天天泡在健身房兩小時?(目前是一周兩次,每次40分鐘)
P.S.我目前重訓機器腹肌做85lb,下背肌做120lb
所以請不要因為借用網路上的圖就噓這篇問題
