各位大大巨巨們好
最近剛入門學習重訓,雖然有教練的指導
但自己資質有點差,總覺得每次短短一小時內要學的東西很多
有時候回家反而帶著更多疑問XD。但下堂課又要教新的課,因此學習進度有點落後
重點是最近在學深蹲與硬舉這些基本動作,我有個最大的問題是如何「保持」脊椎中立
如果在上課時教練會幫忙注意所以還好
但下課後我沒朋友,自己看也看不出什麼來XD,但脊椎中立又是基礎功中的基礎
另外看了一些影片後,大概了解脊椎中立的意思了(就是脊椎維持最自然的狀態吧)
那這樣如何「保持」脊椎中立呢?不出力可能會圓背、過度用力又變成過度弓背
真是難以拿捏的平衡.....
因此要怎樣做才能維持脊椎最自然的狀態呢?有甚麼訣竅可以練嗎?(扛棍子?)
另外水肥哥影片有提到,在深蹲時用腹式呼吸把肚子充滿氣=核心發力
那在正確「核心發力」的任何情況(深蹲、硬舉)下,是不是就能維持「脊椎中立」了呢?
