按照置底文做了肌耐力的訓練 還沒進入肌肥大
不過肌力還是有明顯地增加
肌肉線條也稍稍徵地變大
但是……
我很不喜歡肌肉變大地緊繃感
例如:手臂彎曲時 二頭肌鼓一塊
=>感覺手的伸展性受到了影響
請問有改善的方法嗎?
