大家好~第一次在版上發文>__<
先前運動習慣以有氧課程,搭配每週一次的小團體重訓課為主,近半年加入健工,(和一
位重訓課的朋友一起入會),但因故跟朋友不會在同一廠館運動,
發現獨自運動的話,使用器材的勇氣大大降低!
小團體的教練有開簡單的自主訓練菜單,也會鼓勵我健身房的人們都很樂於分享和討論,
但不知道為什麼,就是很難自在去使用槓鈴啞鈴!
身邊有運動的朋友,女生都只是有氧課、跑步,男生有一位,不過是曖昧無果的對象啊,
曾經一起運動幾次,也在同一廠館,他很有耐心,但就是太溫柔了,怕自己找他會繼續沉
溺感情中,也擔心對方其實會有負擔,
所以要找同伴大概是比較難,想問問有沒有板友獨自運動不自在,但後來突破心魔的經驗
呢?
